Originally from Bloomington, Indiana, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton and moved to Chicago shortly after. After two years of working in the recruiting and staffing industry, Lauren joined the Merino Wealth Management team in 2020.
As Executive Assistant, she ensures the smooth operation of the firm; provides support in the handling of client inquires, consultations, and ongoing professional development for the firm. Lauren’s contribution towards the betterment of Merino Wealth Management and continued commitment to her career serves as a foundation in overseeing the daily implementation of firm policies and the administration of the office.
Lauren is excited to continue learning, growing her professional skills, and gaining experience in the field. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants in Chicago, taking walks in her Lincoln Park neighborhood, and watching her beloved Flyers.
